3.2 mm 5-axis Spring Coiling Machine
A highly versatile spring coiling machine with servo drive for the wire feed, pitch slide, cutter slide, diameter control and horizontal pitch mechanism.
The machine can be used with either vertical or rotating cut off for both left and right handed springs.
The computer automatically generates a spring program for a range of standard spring shapes and there is also a free programming mode if preferred.
Supplied complete and ready for connection to a 400volt, 50hz, 3 phase power supply and fitted with guarding to the latest regulations.
Including standard tooling to cover the wire range 1.4-3.2mm (including coiling points, wire guides, pitch tools, cutting tool etc) .Additional tooling for smaller wire diameters can be ordered separately. including coiling points, wire guides, pitch tools, cutting tool etc. Tool box with spanners, allen keys etc
Including a 200kg powered coil holder.
