Gas Burn off oven for electric motor winding removal Featuring process automation, process recording and remote monitoring via an internet connection. The PLC program allows full control of the burning process: Menus, heating ramps, temperature/time graphs display, storage and printing (over external printers or local network), total, average and instant fuel /power consumption, active alarms and alarms log, etc. Internet remote access to the oven's PLC and touch screen offers a full on-line support to our customers any time and from anywhere in the world.
- Specifically designed for removing hydrocarbon coatings from electric motors by ensuring a reduced oxygen atmosphere around the load. This prevents any possibility of ignition of the coating.
- Rate of heat generation is tightly controlled to match the capability of the after burner and comprehensive safety features maintain the stability of the process.
