Cost effective and efficient impregnation device for small motors
The ideal answer to quick, easy and clean electric motor impregnation. The stator is placed on the support rails in the cone, the pump switched on and the nozzle held over the windings until the varnish runs out at the base. As the resin runs back into the supply tank it is then recirculated. 15 litre supply tank capacity. Very compact design above, shown with hydraulic handling device for holding the stator. Pump capacity is 400 litres per hour. . Dimensions are 640 x 640 x 740 mm and weight is 80kg. Single phase 230V connection.
